2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required materials for the project. Delays due to missing information or approvals from the client may impact project timelines and costs.

3. Third-Party Services

For SEO and marketing consultation, we may engage third-party professionals or agencies. While we ensure that these third parties meet high standards, Rhasko Digital is not responsible for their independent actions, results, or terms of service.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
• Deposits may be required before work commences.
• Refunds are not available for completed work. However, if a project is canceled before significant work has been done, a partial refund may be considered.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final website design and content.
• Rhasko Digital retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
• Third-party tools or software used in development remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Revisions & Modifications

• A set number of revisions may be included in the service package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Any significant changes requested after the project scope has been agreed upon may require additional costs and timeline adjustments.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rhasko Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We strive for the best results but do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue increases from SEO or marketing services.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive business information. Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will still be payable. A non-refundable deposit of [X]% is required before work begins. This deposit covers initial research, planning, and administrative costs.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules, or the competent courts in Indonesia, at the discretion of the parties.

11. Visual Media

All visual media (images, graphics) displayed on this website, unless otherwise noted, have been sourced under license from third-party platforms including Canva, Pixabay, and Freepik, in compliance with their respective licensing agreements.
